Proactive Health Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a leading black entrepreneurial health solutions company that was established in 1999. It was formed by a group of black professionals as a joint venture company with Old Mutual South Africa, who currently own a significant minority of the company’s shares.

PHS has an in-house team of expert professionals that consists of medical doctors, occupational health nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapist, social workers and business managers with much experience in project management and health benefit consulting.
