Kgomotso Mphahlele Executive Director

She has a B.A. Occupational Therapy degree from Medunsa and a B.Sc Psychology (Hons) from Unisa. She also has a Diploma in General Management from BSN International.

She worked as a Senior Occupational Therapist at Weskoppies Hospital from 1988 - 1995. She joined Alexander Forbes from 1995 - 2000, as a Senior Disability Claims Manager doing sick leave management, assessing disability claims, co-ordinating rehabilitation and return to work programmes.

She joined Proactive Health Solutions (Pty) Ltd in 2000 as a Senior Disability Manager, was promoted to Operations Manager in 2005 until 31 March 2007. On 1 May 2007 she became part of the Board of Directors as Executive Director: Human Resources and Administration.
